[07SEP] Version 2.0 for TW5.1.1 :
- Built from scratch based on XXU1COH4
- Updated ramdisk to XXU1COH4 (permissive mode)

- Ported HOTPLUG_THREAD_STOP from S6 sources
This is my departure gift as I am leaving Note4 N910C in favor of S6 G920F
[16AUG] Version 1.8 :
- Patched to 3.10.86
- A lot of patches & tweaks (lowmemkiller, kernel sched, smp, arm, workqueue ...)
Please confirm better responsiveness and battery life
[06AUG] Version 1.7 :
- Updated ramdisk to BOG1
- Added more GPU controls in stweaks (highspeed, tmu switch, tripping)
- Tuned GPU throttling levels
- A lot of tuning and reverts to get back to best balance between performance and battery life
I did my best on this one but all the credit goes to @arbi97 who tested every single change until the final result
PS: I didn't have time to look into the sound problem
