Update huawei mate8 to nougat

Hi everybody. I have a huawei mate 8 nxt-l29c300b170 and i want to update it to nougat.. I have already download a nougat firmeware b250.. Rooted it and tried to install it with twrp but does not work.. Can someone help me please to do.... Thank you and sorry for my english.

The official firmware does not install by TWRP, it's normal that it does not work.
